Photo Cut Out Editor app good for

Does what it claims to do with simple, intuitive, powerful features.
Really simple to use and improves any picture you might not want to see.
Easy to use! Only downside is that you have to buy upgrade to paste onto your own backgrounds.
User friendly & cut out features are excellent. Cut out images are realistic & not cartoonish.
This photo cut app is very comprehensive. Im not very tech savvy, but this was easy to use.
Every year, my family gets together on Christmas and we exchange gifts. We open our presents that we got for each other then we eat, and then take a family photo. I always use this app, to you know, cut out our Uncle Mark, because no one likes him. Its perfect and no one ever suspects a thing. :)

Some bad moments

The most SIMPLISTIC feature of adding my own background, I have to PAY for??? Forget this app and its greedy creators!
Another app that is "free" so long as you dont want to actually use it.
I worked for 20 minutes getting this photo cropped and cut perfectly only to find out that I had to pay to save it. You can imagine my frustration.
Awesome app for removing or adding people from or to pictures. Works surpassingly well and fast with very few artifacts.
Its a great way to cut out pictures but its a little difficult to use.
A little practice and this app can be a lot of fun. The tutorials are very helpful, so give it a try.
